If something isn’t right, our 10-day return policy makes it easy to request a pickup and get your issue resolved quickly.
▾ Returns
We offer a 10-day return policy from the date of delivery.
To be eligible for a return:
- Your item must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition
- Tags and packaging must be intact
- You must have the order confirmation or invoice
Simply log in to your account or open your order page and click “Request Return.”
Once your request is approved, a courier pickup will be arranged automatically.
You’ll receive pickup details via SMS or email — no need to contact us manually.
▾ Damages & Issues
Received the wrong or damaged item?
Raise a return request under “Damaged/Wrong Product Received” within 10 days of delivery.
We’ll verify and send a replacement or full refund immediately — at no extra cost.
▾ Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
Please note that some items are not eligible for return:
- Customized or personalized products
- Sale or discounted items
- Gift cards
- Personal care products, hazardous materials, or flammable goods
If you’re unsure about an item, check its product page or reach out to support before requesting a return.

Need another size or color?
Raise a return request for your item, and once it’s picked up and verified, place a new order for the product you want.
This ensures faster processing and product availability.
▾ Refunds
Once your return is received and approved, your refund will be processed within 10 business days to the original payment method.
Your bank or payment provider may take a few additional days to reflect the refund.
If more than 15 business days have passed since approval, contact us through the Support section on our website.
